Job Description:

The University of Florida Levin College of Law seeks applications from entry-level faculty candidates with excellent academic records and demonstrated potential for outstanding scholarship, and applications from junior-lateral candidates possessing outstanding academic credentials, demonstrated teaching ability, and distinguished scholarship for a tenure-track assistant or associate professor position beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year. Although positions are not necessarily limited by subject, we are particularly interested in candidates with an established record of scholarship in the fields of business and corporate law, including securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and other advanced topics including business start-ups, entrepreneurship, and international aspects of business law.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants for this position should hold a J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school and have distinguished academic credentials, relevant legal experience, and a demonstrated commitment to outstanding research and scholarship.
