Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

Responsible for the repair of grounds and custodial equipment, emergency generators, telephone call boxes, air compressors, and other maintenance equipment in support of the Facility Services functions at the University of South Carolina.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

High school diploma and 4 years of general equipment repair experience.

Driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of and skill in mechanical and electrical diagnostics, and ability to use various tools and equipment in the repair of small engines and equipment.
