HUMAN RESOURCES DATA ANALYST
Columbus State University has an opening for a Human Resources Data Analyst. This position is responsible for Human Resources data maintenance and integrity to include personal data, job data, position data, and faculty data.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring adherence to data quality standards; providing guidance for and maintaining data entry protocols to control downstream effects; performing complex data entry; developing queries for reporting and special projects; performing account reclassifications and adjustments; analyzing pay requests to ensure accuracy and compliance; and all other related duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; and a minimum of four years’ experience in human resources, business, payroll, or a related field; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must have excellent technical skills, to include Microsoft Excel; a demonstrated knowledge of data maintenance; excellent data entry skills; strong analytical skills; attention to detail; the ability to interact and communicate effectively; the ability to work independently on analyzing and interpreting human resources data and reports; and the ability to work under strict time constraints.
The salary is commensurate with education and experience.
