Civil Engineer Project Manager
- Work Requirements - Should have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, oral and written interpersonal communication and teaching/mentoring skills. Responsibilities include the daily management of a team of engineers, designers and draftspersons for the efficient and timely execution of projects. Must possess skills and expertise with budgeting of project cost, preparation of proposals, preparation of invoices, collection of AR, review of engineering design and associated QA/QC, marketing of engineering services, business development skills, attendance at public hearings, civic association meetings and presentation of projects at hearings. Must be able to motivate and train staff with the implementation of the new technologies and technical skills. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, public works improvements projects, traffic engineering, sanitary sewer pump stations and municipal engineering is a plus. Weekend and evening effort may be necessary
- Years of Experience- Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience with execution of residential and non-residential civil/land development/site design projects in the State of Delaware, Maryland, or Pennsylvania.
- Education - Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and be licensed as a Professional Engineer.
