Position Summary: The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a skilled and energetic anesthesiologist with an interest in advancing their knowledge and skill in quality improvement. The position will be split between duties as an attending anesthesiologist and duties as directed by the Vice Chair of Patient Safety and Quality Improvement. During this 1 year advanced fellowship, it is expected that the fellow develop, coach and execute high impact patient safety quality improvement projects that align with the mission of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Department of Anesthesiology.

Education Requirements: Must have a Medical Degree (MD, DO or equivalent), ABA Board certification or Eligibility.

Qualification and Experience: Completion or anticipated completion (by June 2018) of an ACGME accredited Anesthesia Residency program. Must have or be eligible to obtain a North Carolina Medical License.
