The Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Special Education in the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia seeks qualified applicants to teach and provide content expertise for programs in the Board Certified Behavior Analysis and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysis (BCBA/BCaBA) course sequence for students who speak Mandarin Chinese.
A doctoral degree in Special Education or related field is required. Certification as a Doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) is required. Applicants must have completed the supervisor training required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Applicant must be proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English. Experience teaching using distance learning technology is required. Applicants must have a strong commitment to teaching excellence.
