Youth Services Program-Adult Education
Act as office receptionist for Adult Education.
Perform clerical duties for the Adult Education program including typing, duplicating, collating, etc.
Prepare correspondence, memos, lists, etc.
Distribute or mail incoming and outgoing mail.
Responsible for taking incoming calls for Adult Education whenever necessary.
Provide support for Adult Education staff.

Special Instructions to Applicants: This is a temporary position that will last 6 weeks. You must be a participant of the Youth Services Program to be eligible for hire. This position is 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Must be enrolled in the Youth Services Program.
Good human relations, oral and written communication, and organizational skills required.
Ability to follow directions and pay close attention to details.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Accurate keyboarding skills preferred.
