This position will provide direct administrative support for the Department Chairs in Oral Health Practice and Oral Health Science, and provide administrative and academic support for the Orofacial Pain Division & Oral Pathology Division.

This includes planning and organizing travel arrangements for the Chairs. Assist Chairs and Faculty Resource Coordinator in managing faculty recruitment, APT and Faculty Reappointments. The successful candidate will support the Division Chiefs and Division Faculty with academic support including, but not limited to, setting up grade schemes in the CANVAS system and entering grades, collecting and managing student and faculty evaluations, plan and manage special events, as well as perform general office duties. The person in this position will also reconcile department and division financials.
