The College of Arts and Sciences (A&S) is seeking an Account Clerk III to serve as a resource to faculty, staff, and students on the procurement of goods and services for the Arts & Sciences Business Center. Primary responsibilities will include: processing accounting documents for the Business Center including SRM's, PRD's Cash & Check Transmittals, JV's and Travel Reimbursements; following established processes and referring to the Business Procedures Manual as necessary; providing exceptional customer service to all constituents; and actively participating in team meetings and training opportunities.

Shift

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, occasional evenings and weekends based on unit needs.



Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service, organizational and planning, attention to detail, and communication (both written and verbal) skills. We are seeking a collaborative individual with initiative, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills as well as a high respect for diversity and inclusion. In addition, experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and knowledge of business regulations.
