The Corp Comm Coordinator (CCC) plays a key logistical role in supporting strategies and tactics of UKHC's Corp Comm office, an arm of the Office of the EVPHA. Due to its size, the CCC handles both administrative and project mgmt functions for the team, managing logistics, schedules, projects and A/V production for stakeholder communication and research. The CCC is a fully invested member of the team supporting collaboration and communication among team members. Duties include planning initiatives and scheduling of speaking engagements internally and externally, as well as setting up interviews, photography and A/V production that supports CC initiatives and publications. The CCC manages key data resources used in the office's internal communication program and recommends changes needed in data or its structure to improve targeted communications. The CCC ensures bills are reviewed and paid in a timely manner; tracks spending against budget, providing financial updates to team members.
