Clerk IV Graduate Studies
The Clerk IV performs clerical and logistical support as well as assist with coordinating processes and/or projects within the office of the Associate Provost for Graduate Studies, including but not limited to, scheduling appointments and meetings, keeping records and files; arrange travel as well as create travel authorizations and expense reports for Associate Provost; Graduate Student Travel Grant Program; Three Minute Thesis Competition, assisting with Graduate Student Orientation, communicating with students, faculty, and/or staff; developing communications, coordinating and/or scheduling details with various University service offices; verification of eligibility for programs via various mechanisms, hiring of students awarded fellowships/assistantships through the office.
