Job Description

Tempe business looking for a Customer Service Lead! Must be able to lead a service team that interacts with customers, responds to inquiries, and process requests. As a lead, you are responsible for keeping your team on track, handling any escalated calls, and provide top notch customer service. Position pays between $16.00-18.00 an hour! Qualifications Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of office procedures and business communication
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with customer and to remain calm and professional
  • Attention to details

Success Factors/Job Competencies:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and AM&E Software
  • Time management-the ability to organize and manage multiple projects
  • Customer satisfaction orientation
