Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Minerva System Engineering and Program Management teams

• Measure, monitor, and improve customer satisfaction with delivered services

• Deliver Engineering services so customers may deploy, integrate, and launch OTT and IPTV services

• Provide Program Management services to customers to deliver video projects on time and within budget

• Grow the Services team to deliver targeted revenues on a quarterly basis

• Develop the skill inventory of the Services team to increase their productivity and effectiveness

• Modify, update, or create necessary processes for smooth, repeatable and reliable operations

• Present to customers Minerva's Professional services offerings

• Serve as an escalation point for Professional Services issues

• Manage complex projects as required

• Interface to other departments, including pre-sales engineering and technical support, to ensure a smooth flow of information from one department to another. Assist in setting priorities.

Required Knowledge:

• Project management principles, methodologies, processes and tools

• Over-the-top and IPTV solutions

• Knowledge of working Telco/Carriers a plus

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong leadership of technical personnel

• Process improvement

• Foresight in anticipating potential issues in large-scale multi-vendor deployments

• Excellent written and spoken communications skills

• Sophisticated customer management and negotiation skills

• Technical depth in one or more of the following: multi-tenant hosted environments, IPTV middleware, and Web- based client/server applications


• Customer project management of large-scale field deployments

• Employee supervision including development, objective-setting, and evaluation

Preferred Education:

• A PMP certification or equivalent

• Electronics or Software Engineering degree a plus

• BS or MS degree required
