Advertised Job Summary: The University of South Carolina Salkehatchie is seeking applications for the position of Executive Director of Enrollment Management Services. USC Salkehatchie is one of four regional campuses in the Palmetto College system of the University of South Carolina. USC Salkehatchie delivers coursework, degrees, and services that enhance employment and cultural opportunities through the efforts of a faculty committed to high-quality teaching, scholarship, and service. The University is seeking an individual who can lead an enrollment team that cultivates strong relationships with a diverse prospective student population, leading to a larger, more successful student body for the campus. The successful candidate must provide leadership for the admissions and financial aid teams, develop innovative partnerships with organizations in the geographic area we serve, promote educational opportunities for active duty military personnel, veterans and dependents, and fully engage our campus in Palmetto College and the USC System initiative to deliver high-quality, online bachelor's degrees across the state. This position is responsible for the execution of strategies within the enrollment management plan, the coaching and mentoring of the admissions and financial aid teams, identifying new programs and offerings with high demand and have current, working knowledge of best practice recruitment strategies, including the use of client relationship management (CRM) technology. In addition, the position will perform community outreach and public relations duties in concert with the Dean and Associate Deans for the campus.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Master's degree and 6 years related experience in business, public administration or administrative services; or bachelor's degree and 9 years related experience.
