Advertised Job Summary: Assists new employees with Onboarding tasks should questions arise. Works with HR Contacts with questions, troubleshooting, and guidance to assist them in understanding of system functionality. Responds to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner via telephone, email, or in person. Monitors Onboarding activities and runs reports to identify issues, completion of Onboarding tasks, duplicate user accounts, duplicate assignment of checklists, and any other issues that may arise. Enhances Records module for increased functionality. Continually looks for system and functionality improvements and new roll outs to create more efficient business processes and better end-user experience. Responsible for user maintenance of PeopleAdmin modules. Assigns and ensures users are in appropriate roles and have correct access based on workflow. Monitors day to day reports and responds to access requests in a timely manner. Provides support of the PeopleAdmin Records/Onboarding module including the daily operations and maintenance of system. Using proper judgment and analytical skills, makes appropriate configuration updates as needed, with understanding of implications. Identifies problems and troubleshoots issues, documenting and tracking in formalized standard, and follows through to resolution in a timely manner. Submits tickets to PeopleAdmin/vendor support for fixes outside of administrator capabilities, and follows through to closure. Tests system updates in appropriate environments, performing string, unit, and integration testing. Works closely with other HR PeopleAdmin administrators and appropriate SMEs for coordination of activities, and when testing and finalizing changes. Ensures integrations are working properly between PeopleAdmin Select Suite and Records modules, as well as integration with other vendors. Understands touch points between systems. Troubleshoots and escalates issues to vendors when necessary, and follows through to resolution. Develops and updates targeted communications including user guides and FAQs based on user trends and feedback, and changes and improvements to the system. Prepares materials and presents Records updates in various formats including webinar, presentations, meetings, etc.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in human resources management programs.
