This position's duties and responsibilities involve the coordination of conferences, events and office activities for the Division of Pharmacy Professional Development (DPPD). Responsibilities include coordinating off site arrangements and event planning activities, interpretation and administration of UW policies and procedures and the development of internal policies and procedures, facilitating appropriate accounting management of program finances. This position also serves as a resource person for the department faculty and staff on all administrative activities, including maintaining inventory of office supplies, coordination of meeting schedules for Division personnel and overseeing the work of LTE employee. The Division of Pharmacy Professional Development offers up to 100-125 conferences/meetings/custom programs per year with approximately 30-200 attendees per conference. Total annual budget exceeds $1.3 million.
7:45am - 4:30pm, M - F, starting and ending times can be flexible based on agreement with supervisor.
Some evening/weekend hours may be required due to nature of the job duties.
