Advertised Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator I will plan, coordinate and/or perform research administrative and general business management activities for the Prevention Research Center. These activities include HR, accounting, and purchasing, among others.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public
administration, or administrative services; or equivalency
Knowledge of USC policies and procedures on accounting, procurement, travel, human
resources, contract/grant accounting and research administration is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks; excellent verbal and written skills; working knowledge
of federal and state guidelines pertaining to the development and maintenance of grant and contract budgets; experience with spreadsheets and databases
