The Insurance Technology Trainer/UKHC is responsible for developing and presenting technical training related to computer based patient care systems, including but not limited to maintenance of Automated Insurance Manual (AIM), development of e-learning modules, and providing education regarding federal and state payor programs (e.g. Medicare and Medicaid). This position is also responsible for development and administration of competency tests, provision of one-on-one instruction, and on-the-job guidance. The ideal candidate will possess superlative verbal and written communication, organization, and planning skills as well as strong computer skills and a team-oriented approach.
