The Administrative Support Associate I for Radiology will be a point person and central contact for multiple functions within the department. This position will be responsible for departmental administrative assistance in a variety of functions including: general administrative support to technical and clinical managers including but not limited to scheduling meetings, protocol forms, onboarding new staff, and maintaining TJC compliant personnel files. This position will manage the supply inventory, ordering and purchasing functions for managers and department coordinating with the HIBU. In addition, this position will coordinate the capital ordering process and manage the annual equipment and space inventory, and provide administrative support to technical managers. This position will also be responsible for department (hospital) committee support which includes: prepare and distribute agendas, prepare Power Point presentations; and record, type and distribute meeting minutes.

This position requires extended periods of time working at a computer, as well as repetitive motion utilizing computer mouse and keyboard.
