General Summary:
Manages activities and functions of the West Hills Center for both credit and non-credit courses.

Work location and additional information:
This position will remain open until filled. Days and Hours (for hourly position):
Monday - Thursday 11:00AM to 7:00PM
Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Saturday as required

Job Specifications:
Master's degree in education or related field and a minimum of two years experience. Strong organizational, communication and computer skills. Knowledge of academic programs and college-level experience. Detail oriented.

Job Duties:
1. Administer student services including admission, registration, tutoring/Math Cafe, testing and financial aid consulting.
2. Plan, coordinate and implement center activities.
3. Serve as a student advocate.
4. Assist in daily center operations including housekeeping, safety, security and staff.
5. Build, develop, oversee and evaluate credit and non-credit classes to anticipate and meet customer/student needs.
6. Oversee room schedules and planning for in-house activities, within college and outside organization requests.
7. Assist with budget responsibilities by preparing and monitoring budgets as requested.
8. Assist with grant and workforce training by providing facility and operations support.
9. Develop and maintain reports, queries and database necessary to the operation of the West Hills center.
10. Supervise faculty and staff as assigned.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
