The Department of PSYCHOLOGY at the UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA invites applications for an Assistant Professor in BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS. The position is a full-time, nine-month, tenure-accruing position beginning August 2018. We invite applications from individuals working in any area of basic or applied behavior analysis. Teaching interests also are open, although we are especially interested in candidates with expertise in teaching theoretical seminars and/or verbal behavior. Requirements for this position include a PhD, an independent research program, and capacity to compete for external funding. We prefer candidates who have obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or are eligible for certification. Applicants also are expected to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring of a diverse student population at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
