Institutional Effectiveness Analyst
Plans, organizes, develops, and analyzes institutional research studies which support the College. Produces various accurate reports for internal College departments, the state, federal and other external reporting processes. Assists college stakeholders in identifying data needs. Supplies data to support Foundation and grant activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree plus three years of full time job-related experience in research, evaluation and/or planning required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience including part time considered. A valid driver’s license and insurability to drive college vehicles is required. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to use SQL programming language in relational database environment to author SQL queries. Hiring process includes a background check. Position is contingent upon MCC Board of Governors approval. NOTE: College degrees obtained outside the U.S. accepted only when interpreted by transcript service members of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
