Executive Assistant for the Vice President of Enrollment Management
Tusculum College’s Office of Enrollment is seeking applications for a full-time Executive Assistant. This position will assist the Vice President of Enrollment Management & Marketing (VPEMM) on research and reporting, manage the schedule, travel and other administrative responsibilities. Other responsibilities include maintaining the Enrollment Management electronic calendar. This position also provides customer service to individuals calling in person or by telephone; answers general questions or requests, and refers others to appropriate staff members. Provides counseling to families and students about Tusculum degree programs; how to apply for admission; types of services available; deadlines and costs/financial aid. Assist students with the admission application process being sure to advise them of deadlines and missing/required credentials. Performs daily clerical duties such as answering phones, receiving and distributing daily mail, filing, and operating various office machines.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. Prior experience in recruitment and/or sales environment preferred. Experience in higher education administration is strongly preferred. This position requires effective interpersonal, oral, listening, and written communication skills; an outgoing personality; the ability to work independently, and as part of a team. This position requires experience coordinating multiple projects, a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills to be successful. Proficiency with social media platforms and CRM is preferred.
