This position does not require the applicant to be present for an exam. However, you must submit an exam request form to be considered. The University will conduct a credential assessment. Your exam score will be based on the application materials submitted.
The University Counsel seeks Business/Administrative Associate (BAA) applicants to serve as the lead member for legal services invoice processing; this includes review, tracking, and detailed analysis of invoicing, payment, and unit spending. This BAA will assist in the development and improvement of invoice and business processes.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a field related to the position and two years of professional-level legal office, managerial, and/or business, one year of which was at an administrative level.
1. Experience with TEM, Banner and excellent knowledge of OBFS policies and procedures.

You will not be required to report in person for this exam. These documents should be uploaded prior to submitting your exam request.
For this Credential Assessment exam, please remember to include all relevant work experience typically including including coordinating and managing the business/financial and/or administrative operations of a unit.
