SENIOR APPLICATION DEVELOPER
The University of Illinois Foundation (UIF), a separate 501(c)(3) organization that raises and administers private gift support for the University of Illinois (UI) and its three campuses, seeks an experienced Senior Application Developer to join its Information Technology team.
The Senior Application Developer will be responsible for delivering, supporting and maintaining applications and integrations in support of "end to end" solutions used by the University of Illinois advancement community. This role includes developing custom entities, forms, plugins, and workflows within Hyland OnBase, Blackbaud CRM and other similar products. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across the project life-cycle by combining deep technical expertise with innovative thinking to recommend and develop solutions and programs using Blackbaud SDK, Visual Studio, VB.NET (or C#), Web API, and Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or other related area
- Seven years of professional software application development
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET (or C#), and MS-SQL
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment in a professional and productive manner
