Clinical Research Assistant-1701877

Required Qualification (As evidenced by an attached resume)
Bachelor's Degree. Two (2) years of full time experience working on Clinical Trials. Experience in subject recruitment and consent. Experience in reviewing study protocols and documenting study logs. Knowledge of medical terminology. In lieu of degree, combination of higher education and directly related experience totaling four years may be considered.

Preferred Qualification:
Experience with review and submission of IRB protocols.

Brief Description of Duties:

• Review study protocols and timelines to ensure that clinical research and related activities are performed in accordance with federal regulations and sponsor guidelines. Complete IRB submissions for new and continuing reviews

• Consent patients, explain study procedures, answer questions or refer to PI. Ensure patient follows up as per protocol

• Screen subject for study eligibility

• Assure timely completion of case report forms

• Retain all study records in accordance with sponsor and university guidelines
