The Department of History at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a visiting part-time faculty position to teach 2 undergraduate courses in Latin American History during the Spring 2018 semester to begin in January 2018. Such courses contribute not only to the History department’s engaged curriculum (  but also may bolster course offerings in Holy Cross's interdisciplinary programs on Latino and Latin American Studies, Africana Studies, and Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies.

A Ph.D. in Latin American History is preferred.  Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field.
