Provide comprehensive customer service to new and returning credit and non-credit student and the the general college community in a courteous and efficient manner. General duties include the processing admission applications, registration transactions, acceptance, scanning of documents. In addition the Student Services Assistant processing all forms of acceptable payment from the student in accordance with established college procedures. The Student Services Assistant provides general college information, direction and appropriate customer service assistance.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of one (1) year of direct customer service experience

High School diploma or GED

Ability to interact with a variety of faculty, staff and students from diverse backgrounds.



Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of three (3) years of direct customer service experience.

Prefer experience serving customers in an educational setting.

Experience receiving and processing payments in accordance to established institutional procedures.



Hours per Week: 20

Work Schedule: 20 hours per week as assigned
