MARKETING & EVENTS MANAGER
Duties: The Marketing and Events Manager manages all outreach and promotion initiatives in Penn Abroad, as well as activities and events aimed at increasing student awareness of and participation in global opportunities at Penn. The position oversees the design and maintenance of departmental websites and social media platforms, and produces a broad range of promotional materials including newsletters, print and electronic media, written content, an annual report, and other publicity. The position plans, coordinates, and executes high priority events in support of campus internationalization efforts, and works closely with the broader Penn Global division on such priorities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, video editing, web design and event planning strongly preferred.
