Project manage and administer the marketing production, tactics and associated timelines for Continuing & Distance Education programs (CDE). Work with CDE teams to coordinate and implement outreach initiatives in support of program marketing plans. Attend planning meetings; collaborate on ideation and brainstorming; network and gather data; and generate reports. Participate in social media campaigns aligned with marketing and public relations plans. Interface with vendors and campus partners for planning and execution of email marketing, events, and partner communication outreach. Project manage advertising, web content and interface, email and social media campaigns, promotion and public relations functions and facilitate pre-and post-marketing data collection and analysis to effectively meet deadlines. Create, maintain and distribute report details of projects and progress on marketing roadmap. Collect written content in support of email marketing and public relations efforts. Recruit and coordinate student advocates in support of program marketing. General supervision received from assigned Manager.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field and three years related experience required. Effective writing and editing skills ability to evaluate and coordinate vendors to match project needs; effective analytic, interpersonal and communications skills; knowledge of marketing theory and experience in marketing planning & implementation; computer proficiency with email and office software, budgeting experience; and ability to work within a team environment.
Experience using SalesForce and HubSpot
Nine-month probationary period required.
