Required Qualifications: (As Evidenced by an Attached Resume)

High School Diploma/GED. Two (2) years of related experience. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and use of tablet. Ability to perform medium to heavy lifting and/or moving on a daily basis (i.e. must be able to push up to approximately 400 lbs with assistance of a rolling dolly down corridors to delivery locations, including corridors with gradient sloping flooring). Work may be physically demanding. While performing the duties of this position, the employee has to react quickly, stay focused to their surroundings; it is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, lift, push, steer, and hand controls (holding, grasping, turning or otherwise work with the hand or hands/wrist), work with the fingers primarily for lifting. Employee would also be required to climb in and out of a large truck.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with warehouse delivery, customer service, and stock room operations/inventory control.

Brief Description of Duties:

To perform a variety of warehouse and delivery duties, within a fast paced procurement environment to include the following duties:

  • Accompany the vendor daily to various campus locations to verify cylinder deliveries and assist in the delivery of cylinders (cylinders weigh upwards to 400lbs).
  • Responsible for delivery paperwork. Strict attention to detail is imperative.
  • Pull inventory from warehouse shelves for daily orders and delivery of.
  • Responsible for completion of ordering in financial based software system.
  • Provide high levels of customer service including answering the phone and assisting customers with ordering and delivery issues.
  • Perform physical inventory counts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
