Lecturer Positions in the Department of Electrical & Biomedical Engineering at the University of Vermont

The Department of Electrical & Biomedical Engineering at the University of Vermont seeks separate applicants for each of two lecturer positions with expected start dates of January 8, 2018, one in electrical engineering the other in biomedical engineering with either strong electrical engineering or systems and network biology experience. We seek a highly motivated individual for each position with robust engineering education credentials who can teach a variety of required undergraduate courses, including laboratory and design courses in the respective electrical or biomedical engineering area. Candidates should have a Ph.D. or M.S. degree in electrical or biomedical engineering. The successful candidate is expected to have expertise in one or more areas in electrical or biomedical engineering such as sensors, embedded systems, instrumentation, electronics, circuit design, simulation, fabrication, test, biomedical signal processing, systems biology, or network biology. The position is especially suited for someone with design experience or experience in a laboratory setting.
