Summary of Duties:
The Help Desk Specialist is a problem solver with a strong teamwork experience in both service desk and server support. This position works closely with Help Desk and Trainer and Information Systems Project Leads in a support role and assists with the implementation of team strategic goals. The Help Desk Specialist will assist with consulting, design, programming, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and/or provide technical support for applications, hardware and software products, databases, database management systems, support products, network infrastructure equipment, or telecommunications infrastructure, software or hardware.

This position, works under general supervision, with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Provides accessible, advanced training on select application software and line of business application in support of fundraising initiatives, identify and develop streamline procures effective self-paced training to accommodate users as necessary. This position will assist with the implementation, operation, maintenance, documentation, and support of foundation resources.

Required Qualifications:
Three years of information technology experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
