Job Summary/Basic Function: This position will assist advisors and student success coaches in scheduling student appointments. Must learn a great deal of University information so that they can assist students in making appropriate appointments. Will be expected to provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff and community. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for creating, coordinating, maintaining and disseminating Standard Operating Procedures for assigned areas.

Work Hours: Typically Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. May include some evening and weekend hours.

Serve as the first point of contact for student advising and success support. Provide support to both advisors and success coaches by scheduling appointments for students or directing them to the online appointment scheduling software. This includes using SARS electronic scheduling program and other software to include chat and possibly Skype.

Coordinate, create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the area of Enrollment Management and Student Academic Success.

Run standardized reports to include, but not limited to statistical and table reports, to the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management concerning student advising and success support using SARS and other programs.

Qualifications

Education

Necessary Qualifications: High School Diplomas or GED

Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree

Experience
