Duties: The qualified candidate will be responsible for the online request to recruit process including review of recruitment documentation and faculty ads. Will provide support, guidance and training to search committees and make recommendations for process improvement in alignment with diversity initiatives. Reviews documentation related to appointment actions to ensure completion, compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years experience in an academic setting or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with HR policies and best practices preferred.
Excellent problem solving as well as verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Highly developed skills in accuracy, detail, organization and follow-through.
Must be able to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and meet critical, simultaneous deadlines. Strong computer/technology skills including Microsoft suite, web-based applications, databases and online systems reporting required. The ability to run reports as well as interpret and analyze data. Excellent customer service skills; ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a team member; ability to deal effectively with diverse constituencies; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues throughout Penn Medicine and University.
