The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a College Payroll Generalist to process payroll actions for all temporary positions in the college and reconcile payroll accounts. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: processing payroll actions for teaching assistants, research assistants, graduate assistants, fellowships, student/non-work study, and temporary staff; serving as a liaison with Department Managers and Business Center staff to ensure payroll requests are processed in a timely manner; serving as the first point of contact for communicating the new hire employment process; ensuring payments to temporary employees are made accurately; processing non-PBC payroll encumbrances; and reconciling payroll accounts monthly.
