Essential functions of this position:
Assist with administering and coordinating business, fiscal, and administrative functions for the College of Arts and Sciences. This includes budget management, reconciling financial data, purchasing, travel processing and assisting with leave keeping.

N.C. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred education, professional skills and experience:
A minimum of two years experience with financial and budget management

Recruitment Range: $34,065 - $37,850
NC Salary Grade Equivalency: 63
Hours Per Week: 1.0 (40 hours per week)
Months Per Year: 12 Months
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:00AM -5:00PM
