Territory Relationship Manager
The Territory Relationship Manager role with Transamerica is based out of our North Ohio office located in Bellevue. This is a very unique financial services opportunity. In this role, one would be responsible for a geographic territory of existing quality Transamerica clients and receive a salary to maintain those relationships in addition to the commissions and bonuses generated from regular marketing and sales outlets. It is imperative that one can see the value in the nature of this type of opportunity.
This particular role is a full-time W-2 employee position and offers a steady base salary, as well as $3,300/month minimum introductory pay, and of course commissions on top. The compensation structure provides triple the revenue streams of a typical financial services firm with zero office expenses. The compensation package will also include bi-weekly, semi-annual, and annual bonuses. Opportunity interview: Through the opportunity interview, you will be provided with additional information so that you can obtain a more in-depth understanding of the industry, our company and the opportunity.

VIP meeting: The VIP meeting will consist of a one-on-one meeting with the support person in your life. This will provide time for your support person to ask questions and express concerns. This will help to create open lines of communication before moving forward with the decision to become a part of Transamerica Agency Network.
Commitment meeting: Once it has been determined that there is a good fit, it's time to take the next step in your career. Your commitment should consist of obtaining the appropriate licensing and education, working with a field trainer during your initial training period, and completing your development path. We will commit to helping you obtain your licensing, setting up your initial training calendar, providing the necessary sales and marketing tools, and providing a mentor to help you with reaching your ultimate sales and career aspirations.
