Occupational Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated person to participate in clinical research studies conducted in the Department of Neurology, Parkinson's disease & Movement Disorders Division.

Work Performed
  • Recruitment of subjects, obtaining consent, answering questions about the study.
  • Collection, compilation, documentation and analysis of clinical research data. Follow established guidelines in the collection of clinical data.
  • Perform Parkinson's disease clinical assessments as outlined in the study protocol.
  • Obtain blood samples following all established guidelines. Ensure compliance with protocol guidelines and requirements of regulatory agencies.
  • Confer with principal investigator and clinical team in order to execute study and to discuss the interpretation of results; collaborate with manuscripts for publication.
  • Coordinate the development of forms, questionnaires and the application of research techniques; write procedures manuals for data collection and coding.
  • Participate in study team meetings.
  • Attend required training and maintain necessary certifications.
  • Perform necessary laboratory measurements from subjects' samples. Maintain records and samples in bio-bank.
