The Gift & Estate Planning office's main goal is to increase external support from estate and planned gifts for the entire university. This position has major responsibilities which support all aspects of donor identification, solicitation and stewardship.
Cultivate and recognize individuals who make planned gifts, and maintain contact with potential planned gift donors through written and telephone communication.
Provide General Staff Support (answering phones, preparing and mailing correspondence, filing, and scheduling meetings ) for four people in the Gift & Estate Planning Office. Maintain and input accurate information into Millennium database, Excel spreadsheets, and other departmental reports. Prepare PRDs, check transmittals, etc.
