The University of Kentucky Healthcare (UKHC) Enterprise is seeking an Executive Administrator to the EVPHA. This position will provide executive operations management, project management, and office administration support for the EVPHA and his direct reports to further the mission of the UKHC Enterprise. Major responsibilities include: leading, managing, and coordinating complex and dynamic initiatives ranging from financial, strategic, and operational activities; analyzing and reporting on various data requests, including financial, operations, quality, and benchmarking data; compiling, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating information and data as needed for projects; facilitating and completing communications with senior level management on special projects to progress completion; modeling and displaying service excellence and commitment to excellent customer service; providing operational support, including the development and establishment of agendas, events, facilitating communication, minutes, ad hoc presentations, etc.; coordinating events and schedule for the EVPHA; communicating with upper level management, key stakeholders, and others using clear and concise written and verbal communication; and coordinating and facilitating communications for the University Health Care Committee, as part of the UK Board of Trustees.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motion (such as typing); occasionally pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 50lbs; and communicating effectively with individuals at various levels across the Enterprise.



Shift

Monday-Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; As an exempt level position, evenings, nights, and weekends will be required to meet departmental needs.

A qualified candidate will have good judgement, attention to detail, dependability, accuracy, professionalism, good collaboration, time management, diplomacy, ability to maintain confidentiality, emotional intelligence, ability to multi-task, and organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
