Description: Full-time 12-month faculty position teaching in the Ed.D. program in Higher Education Leadership and the Ph.D. program in Higher Education
Specialization: Full-time 12-month faculty position teaching in the doctoral programs in the Department of Higher Education: primarily the EdD program in Higher Education Leadership, but also the PhD program in Higher Education as needed.
Responsibilities: Teaching courses in area of specialization, advising students, supervising dissertations, and an active research agenda are expected.

Qualifications: An earned doctorate in Higher Education or a closely related field, with a track record of research productivity or evidence of significant potential for a productive research agenda and either knowledge of or experience with action research.
Experience: Higher education leadership experience, demonstrated excellence in university teaching, a strong Christian commitment, experience on dissertation committees, and an ongoing program of scholarly research and publications in the field of higher education are preferred.
Workload: Full-time doctoral faculty, 12-month position. Teach 4 courses annually, advise students, supervise dissertations, conduct research. The EdD courses are taught in a residential week-long intensive in June and one Friday-Saturday weekend per month for 10 months of the year. The PhD courses are taught in residential intensives for two weeks in January and July each year.
