1)Experience and knowledge in database concepts, structures, data flow processes

3). Thorough knowledge of Windows operating system and Web related technologies (Internet Explorer 11 or newer, Firefox, Google Chrome etc.)
4). Experience enterprise desktop management solutions (SCCM, LANrev, LANDESK, Altiris, etc.)
5. Completed authorized Mircosoft Training or Certification in SQL Server programing and database administration or 15 years of direct experience.
6. Must be a highly motivated, dependable self-starter that works well in a team environment
7. Must be capable of multi-tasking and be willing to quickly and efficiently embrace change
8. Must have effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
9. Must be willing to work additional hours, sometimes with little advanced notice, to complete projects and meet deadlines
10) .) Managing and maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing PC based computers; installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting email SMTP and POP servers; installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 2003, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2012 Operating Systems to include network administration, backup data, optimization and security
11) Firm knowledge of Active Directory concepts and implantation.
12) Good analytical and judgment skills.
13) Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
14) . High degree of business judgment and technical competency; ability to balance and bridge technology and business needs;
15) Experience and knowledge in project and program management
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and 10 years of experience in a senior IT position preferred.
Responsible for providing professional support to a grant as a System Administrator. A highly skilled individual to mange the development, administration, the delivery and on-going required support for all technical requirements.
Monitor and maintain 6 servers (Exchange Server, File Server, Web-Server, Database Server, 2 Domain Controllers)
Backup all servers, Apply updates as needed, Migrate servers to new operating systems as needed. Assemble the servers
Monitor and maintain 6 Websites (tjctc-resources.org, Development tjctc-resources.org, In-house registration and reports(Live and Development) Legal Administration Pages (Live and Development)
Assist clientele with technical registration problems involving the website or database system
Monitor and maintain 12 client machines and 6 servers
Maintain monitor and modify network security
Maintain 1 network printers and multi-purpose printer/scanner
Install and monitor cabling access in server room; repair CAT 5e cables as needed
Provide desktop support for 20 laptops and desktops
Maintain and manage traveling AV equipment (laptops, projectors)
Manage daily and monthly backup of files
Liaison with ITAC as needed
Create and modify 3 databases (Production/Live database, Development database, Distribution List database) according to business needs
Develop and program registration requirements
Migrate Current websites to ASP.Net and HTML 5
Maintain Phone System
Travel to events as needed
Assist with new equipment purchases by providing specifications to meet business needs
Assist faculty with presentations as needed
Work outside of normal business hours as needed
Desktop Management of University Computing equipment according to policy
Administration and support of campus encryption solution
Software package development and delivery
Operating System image development, deployment and maintenance
Print server management and maintenance
License server management and maintenance
Advanced troubleshooting of systems and network problems
Administration and support of service delivery systems and applications
Provide advanced technical support and consulting to a very diverse user base
Work with vendors and outside technical contacts to implement reliable solutions of technical issues
Perform other duties as assigned
