Tusculum College is seeking applications for an Enrollment Representative at the Knoxville Center. This position is responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing recruitment strategies that generate prospect and lead pools for assigned programs. Aggressively recruits for the adult degree completion, online, and graduate programs to prospective students from interest through enrollment. Maintains contact with prospective students and applicants to encourage completion of the application file and subsequent enrollment. Travel will be extensive to local businesses, schools, career fairs, and other locations primarily in upper East Tennessee and surrounding borders.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

 

A Bachelor’s degree is required. Prior recruitment and/or marketing experience preferred. Effective oral, listening, and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, customer service skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a flexible attitude, and a willingness to work frequent evenings and weekends. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities and requires a strong work ethic to be successful. Extensive knowledge of computers and an excellent driving record are also required. Proficiency with social media for platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a plus.
