As an Enrollment Specialist you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, quality and highly informed service to students and ensuring complete student satisfaction from inquiry through the enrollment process. By exploring a prospects’ needs aligned with their academic and professional goals, an Enrollment Specialist will provide complete guidance for prospective students interested in enrolling in any of the University’s programs.


As an Enrollment Specialist, you will utilize a consultative approach to enrollment of new students in order to meet your enrollment budget. This will be accomplished by efficiently managing a student pipeline via outbound calls, texts, emails, and student interviews successfully converting leads and generating further referrals in order to successfully meet a budget. An Enrollment Specialist will be able to effectively respond to any potential students’ concerns, issues or inquires and successfully qualify students for various academic programs. Enrollment Specialists consults and coordinates communications with Admissions, Student Finance and Advising and therefore teamwork is essential to ensuring a seamless and positive enrollment experience. It is important for Enrollment Specialists to maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the University offerings, services, etc. in order to provide the most accurate information to our prospective students.
By accurately documenting and recording continuous contact using the CRM system with each prospective student you will be able to ensure a smooth enrollment process. In addition, you will be asked to produce activity reports as needed.


Successful candidates will be able to handle high volume outbound calls while maintaining professional verbal and interpersonal skills, including active listening skills. Candidates will be required to meet and exceed monthly goals and have the ability to thrive in a team environment. In order to maintain accurate tracking of monthly goals, candidates must have strong database management skills working with a CRM system as well as Word and Excel.
Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 3 years related experience preferably in higher education, college admissions and/or recruitment.
