Restaurant Shift Leader
The primary responsibility of a Team Leader is to effectively lead the staff and maintain the restaurant during their shift. Will maintain a positive and effective work environment for employees and stimulate a favorable guest experience.
- Must be proficient in each area of the restaurant to assist when necessary, ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Responsible for training and development of new employees, supervise the staff's daily tasks, delegate duties, and ensure staff performs to expectation.
- Follow and enforce proper sanitation, safety, time and attendance policies and procedures.
- 1-2yrs experience in restaurant industry
