Job description

Duties: Working within Technology Services in Information Systems and Computing (ISC), execute the core process methodology necessary to effectively lead the Enterprise Management Services' automated monitoring and notification services. In addition to staff mentoring, develop and maintain necessary controls and procedures to ensure unity with and support for emerging technologies like SaaS, IaaS, cloud (Amazon, vCloud Air), distributed infrastructure (SBDC & NAPs), and virtualization.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including writing and editing ISO procedures and work instructions, and the ability to work well in a team environment and think creatively. Previous experience using Enterprise Management tools like BMC ProactiveNet, CA Spectrum, DataDog, Nagios, SolarWinds, xMatters is preferred. Familiarity with ITIL or similar process driven service management is preferred.
