Job Summary Successful candidate will be the lead process and technical system expert resource for the multiple critical information systems supporting the daily operations of the Office of Academic Affairs. This role will not only be required to manage the configuration and ongoing system availability of these key Academic Affairs applications but will also coordinate and lead the adoption and immersion of faculty, staff, and students in the use of those tool sets. In addition to providing the integration expertise required to ensure smooth, secure interoperability between the systems from a data sharing stand point, this role will also play a significant part in responsive data gathering, report generation, and data analysis in support of our upcoming accreditation cycle and the ongoing Academic Affairs business operations. Autonomous regular, efficient, and professional interaction with our application vendor partners is required as a component to successful performance of this role. The role requires a seasoned senior professional familiar with business processes in a higher education institutional academic setting paired with the technical skills to navigate and master the supporting technologies.
