Job Summary:

This position functions as primary receptionist for clients being seen or coming in person for the small animal clinic of the SVM-VMTH. This is a key position in which the incumbent must develop considerable knowledge of policy and procedures in all areas of the VMTH clinic for smooth and efficient operation of the clinic. This position requires the ability to make independent judgements as well as background in veterinary medical terminology in order to accurately serve clients. Requires excellent communication and customer service skills. This position is under general supervision of the Reception Desk Supervisor.



Schedule Comment:

8:00AM-4:45PM with a 45 Minute Break
Monday Thursday and Friday at Small Animal Reception Desk
Tuesday and Wednesday at Large Animal Reception Desk
