Job Summary: Skidmore College seeks a dependable, energetic part-time Interlibrary Loan Assistant to support the day-to-day processing of borrowing, lending, and document delivery requests from both the Skidmore College community and outside libraries during the Fall/Spring academic terms when Skidmore College is in session.
Minimum Qualifications: High school degree and at least 2 years experience working in an academic library; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of library operations; familiarity with resource sharing systems and copyright regulations; reading knowledge of German, French and/or Spanish.
